Factors of influence on user side parameters of Quality of Service (QoS) in Wi-Fi networks. QoS parameters on a Wi-Fi networks are packet loss, delay and throughput. QoS is obtain from the mobility of user in a Wi-Fi network with software simulation Riverbed Modeler. Observation of influence of the mobility of user against the QoS parameters in Wi-Fi performed on FTP services and video conferencing.",
