Research methods were observation, interview, and documentation. The study results showed that Milkfish Otak-otak business was feasible and can be developed. The market aspect showed this business can produce 192,000 unit of Milkfish Otak-otak every year. Meanwhile, the short-term and long-term finance of Milkfish Otak-otak showed this business was profitable today and in the next five years.
