Abstract

This study determines cuttlefish species from Manado Bay and Lembeh Strait, North Sulawesi, based upon the mitochondrial CO1 genetic marker. Sample collection used SCUBA gear and fishermen catch. Seven cuttlefish specimens were collected in this study.
