Making Micro Particles from Bamboo

Abstract

This study discusses a simple technology in the manufacture of micro-particles from bamboo. Bamboo is shaved with a wood grinding machine. Bamboo is dried in the sun. After the bamboo is smooth, the blender is done until smooth. After grinding, the bamboo is milled for up to 30 hours. The bamboo is put into the water that settles, it is taken and discarded and the rest that is in the water is dried. To get the micro particles of bamboo. The results of the SEM and FTIR tests showed the bamboo particle size of 200 μm.
