abstract = "The increasing needs of the community for digital information is very high. A dynamic web server is needed by a website to meet the rapidly growing needs of user access. The inability of the physical server to receive requests from users in large numbers makes the website difficult to access. Operating system-level virtualization is widely used because it can overcome problems that occur on physical servers. This affects the level of availability in handling a high number of requests. The load balancing server mechanism is used to handle the problem, one of them is by using the help of the docker tools. For high availability, virtualization at the docker helps the webserver serve high requests by utilizing a docker swarm. Inside the docker swarm, there is a division of roles. Namely the roles of workers and managers with different tasks. This research is implementing a dynamic webserver cluster using a docker swarm. Implementation results show the high level of availability of a web server service increased by 41\% as the number of containers that run on the swarm. The web server failover handling takes an average of 13.5 seconds to reach uptime.",
