title = "How Can Design Thinking Improve the User Experience for Audit Monitoring System?",
abstract = "KAP is a public accounting company that provides professional services in public accounting practices in Indonesia. KAP wants an audit monitoring system so the manager can monitor auditor performance in real-time. This research applies non-linear and iterative design thinking (DT) stages to improve the design of the resulting solution and the user experience. The resulting design solution is a hi-fi prototype of a system named WebPantau that users can interact with and feel the experience of using. Based on usability testing, it can be concluded that all users can perform all functions on the WebPantau quickly and are satisfied with the interface design and user interaction design of the WebPantau that has been designed so far. This is evidenced by the success rate obtained by auditors and the manager (100\%) and the SUS score obtained (89/best imaginable). This means the user experience when using WebPantau is very good. This occurs because the users are actively involved during the non-linear and iterative DT stage offered in this study.",
