Abstract
This article explores the relationships among drone food delivery (DFD) integration quality, DFD flow experience, DFD attachment, and future experiential intentions. The data used in this study were acquired from consumers who experienced online food ordering using Meituan’s DFD services through an online survey distributed via WeChat and QQ. The analysis finds four primary and 21 sub-dimensions of DFD integration quality in foodservice. The data support the hypothesized relationships between higher-order constructs–DFD integration quality, DFD flow experience, DFD attachment, and future experiential intentions. These findings enhance marketing theory and guide DFD service management to improve quality, attachment, and future experiential intentions.
