Electrical conductivity and structure analysis of organic dye/Al film

Abstract

The room Tc superconductor model had been previously proposed by Little and Ginzburg, et al. We try to verity the truth of it by fabrications organic dye/Al metal layered film, by using vacuum evaporation method. The elapsed time dependence of electrical conductivity was examined. We found that the interesting result for MD200 Å/A1500Å film. This result show abnormal state characteristic resistance by elapsed time.
