Abstract
AI application has embedded in our daily life, and is employed to manage private data efficiently as well. Despite advantages from AI utilization, they produce concern regarding user privacy and ethics on how they treat data. The AI system usually collect data that consist of sensitive user information. Information Boundary Theory (IBT) framework was implemented to determine what factors motivate users regarding their privacy concern when using AI technology. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used for analyzing data, and the results suggested that the factors regarding users' privacy concern were Perception of Intrusion, Perceived Privacy Risk, and Perceived Privacy Control.
