A Bibliometnc Study Of Job Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the existing literature on job performance, job satisfaction, and work engagement from all research journals published on Scopus from 2005 to 2022. The author applies the bibliometnc method to identify research questions using R Biblioshiny. Social network analysis using VOSviewer is also used to visualize this structure. The journals used are 59 journals that have passed the screening process. The results of the analysis show the objectives of relevant journals, the growth of job performance journals, authors who often issue journals related to job performance, keywords relevant to job performance, dominant words related to job performance.
